There is absolutely no return or exchanges, however we do have a store credit policy. If there is a discrepancy with your order or product, you have 10 days to contact the store via email 24/7. Or, by calling our customer service phone number. M-F 8am-5pm standard time. You may be required to send pictures if instructed by a Char La'mon representative to receive a store credit. This purpose is for verification. We may have more of the product in stock & if so, we can gladly replace & ship with no additional charge. Also, keep in mind store credits will not always be guaranteed. Our representative will assist you best based on your individual order.


We do sell high quality fashion jewelry, but be advised our pieces are inspired and not 100% real gold. They are *usually Stainless steel or 18k dipped.


Please make sure you are properly cleaning AND drying your fashion jewelry after each wear for the best, long lasting results.


All packages are delivered through Priority Mail shipping. If products are damaged upon delivery, please file a claim with your local USPS with your tracking number. $100 insurance is covered with this delivery. If you want to add additional insurance (for a fee), there is an option to do so at checkout on every new order placed.
